Our Story
There was a simple problem that was easy to overlook.
For many people living away from town centres, getting medicines or basic health products could mean travelling farther than they should have to. A person could feel unwell, a parent could need medicine for a child, or a family could simply need reliable health advice, yet getting help could still require time, transport money and a journey away from the community they called home.
We believed healthcare should be closer than that.
Bio Care began with a simple idea: people should be able to find trusted healthcare within reach of everyday life.
In 2021, that idea led to the creation of Bio Care. What started as a response to a need in the community became a bigger purpose: to bring trusted medicines, health products, professional care and health guidance closer to the people who need them.
But being close is not enough.
When health is involved, people also need to know that the place they walk into can be trusted. They need confidence that the medicines they receive are handled responsibly, that professional standards matter, and that their wellbeing comes before simply making a sale.

Why Bio Care?
Communities outside town centres often lack conveniently accessible healthcare premises. People may have to travel considerable distances into town just to reach a pharmacy. Bio Care exists to bring trusted pharmacy and healthcare services closer to the communities that need them, starting with Kawama.
